Your Responsibilities

Operations Specialist:
  • Daily coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Checking and prioritizing customer requests volumes with 3rd parties
  • Controlling and administrating workload after approval
  • Preparing Forecast in terms of workload
  • Updating and maintenance of forms, documents and email templates in terms of proper wordings at all operative client touchpoints
  • Supporting other departments with subject-specific knowledge
  • Analyzing, evaluating and developing of operational work processes, systems and guidelines
  • Increasing efficiency of internal and external service units
  • Interfacing/ contacting person for external service provider
  • Ensuring compliance with all legally relevant regulations
  • Ongoing updating and adaptation of internal documentations, in particular the organizations guide-lines
  • Participating in outsourcing management within the framework of regulatory requirements
  • Analyzing of current trends, customer behavior and innovations in the financial sector


  • Bank apprenticeship, university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Change
  • Management or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Operations (front office / back office)
  • Very good knowledge of “agree21”
  • Very good communication and coordination skills as well as pronounced ability to work in a team good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Affinity to the financial industry and new technologies
  • First experiences with Project- and Process- Management
  • Profound knowledge of organizational and operational structure in a bank
  • Self-initiative, service disposition, resilience, outstanding engagement, analytical thinking and asser-tiveness
  • German and English mandatory
