Introduction, support and further development of applications
2nd level support for services and applications in the task area as well as coordination of 3rd level support with suppliers
Advise to the specialist departments on the preparation of specifications (requirements management) and specifications, as well as coordination of the preparation of quota-tions between the specialist departments and the manufacturers
Support in the analysis, documentation and optimization of business processes.
Preparation of project documentation
Contact person for the suppliers and service partners of the applications
Coordinator between IT and the specialist departments
Successfully completed studies in business informatics / computer science, a business administration degree or similar
Several years of proven work experience in Application Management, preferably in a bank
Experience in regulatory reporting in the risk and financial area is desirable, as well as the use of the application software used
Good project management skills and methodological experience, ideally ITIL and Prince2 experience
Fluency in oral and written English, German and/or Russian, whilst extremely beneficial, are not essential
