Your Responsibilities

Cross Business IT Business Analyst (m/f):
  • Identify, analyze and validate requirements for regulatory driven changes to business processes, policies and information systems in particular LCR, NSFR & ALMM
  • Provide full IT analytical support for Finance IT systems implementation projects and life cycle
  • Scope and shape projects through pre-project strategy alignment, feasibility, business requirements gathering, solution requirements definition, testing and delivery
  • Produce functional/technical specifications for third party IT vendors and in-house development IT teams
  • Work with end users to understand and specify the business requirement and obtain business sign off
  • Manage and deliver to key client expectation around IT functionality and the way it is implemented
  • Manage implementation of new functionality and IT solutions and ensure Business requirements are met
  • Develop and control delivery plans, manage the technology risks and issues and plan mitigation actions
  • Provide inner expertise on RFPs, technical and business documents provided by vendors


  • Experience working with cross-asset investment banking products including Fixed Income, FX & Rates, Commodities, Credit & Structuring, Derivatives and Light Exotics
  • Experience working on more than 1 year IT system integration projects
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT department (preferably Finance IT)
  • Strong understanding of Regulatory Treasury & Liquidity reporting
  • Sound understanding of Investment Banking requirements and processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, reasoning and negotiation skills
  • Strong experience of IT governance framework, IT process and controls
  • Solid knowledge of full lifecycle of banking software implementation: scope and IT requirements definition, IT solution evaluation / RFP, functional design, testing, implementation, post-go live support and user training
  • Excellent organizational and working discipline
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Fluency in oral and written English. German and/or Russian, whilst extremely beneficial, are not essential
