Client Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • First contact for corporate clients regarding accounts, receiving inquires and other matters
  • Client support in all payments related issues
  • Client support in Online banking
  • Daily communication with customers; Coordination of all requests with product departments
  • Handling of internal documentation and agreements
  • Inform clients about all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Support of Client Coverage and product departments in daily business
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Active participation, coordination and ensuring internal processes related to customer care
  • Participation in coordinating the execution of approved transactions
  • Involvement in the "client onboarding" process, i. et al due diligence and KYC processes, updates
  • Preparation of various statistic reports and presentations for the Bank’s management.

Requirements

  • BA degree in Banking administration / Banking or related
  • Bank-specific training and / or business studies or in-depth business knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience in client customer support
  • Service oriented with good coordination and self-management skills
  • Experience in Transaction Banking, knowledge in other banking products
  • Proficient skills in Excel and other MS-Office tools
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time
  • Confident demeanor supplemented by pronounced oral and written communication skills
  • Independent, result-oriented way of working and negotiating skills
  • Ability to set priorities and judgment for escalation if necessary
  • Positive basic attitude and high resilience
  • English and Russian mandatory, German language would be an asset
