IT Audit/Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of IT audit activity to ensuring audits run smoothly and the correct IT stakeholders are engaged and informed

  • Tracking of audit point resolution and reporting

  • Reviewing the audit plan for the year with IT teams and ensuring resourcing is planned, the correct contact points are nominated and the audit point approver(s) is/are nominated

  • Ensuring teams are proactively approached to review their control environment ahead of audits

  • Be primary contact in IT for specific areas and counterparts: Compliance, Risk, SE, VTB Group, etc.

  • Responsible for coordination and supervision of IT Risk management activities, ensuring risk remediation across the IT department is tracked and issues are escalated promptly

  • Review and analysis of legal and regulatory requirements for the IT department, ensuring activity to deliver compliance with current legal and regulatory environment is tracked and issues are escalated promptly

  • Leading the planning and implementation of IT-projects

  • Facilitating the definition of IT-project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Defining IT-project tasks and resource requirements

  • Developing full scale IT-project plans

  • Assembling and coordinating IT-project staff

  • Managing IT-project budget and IT-project resource allocation

  • Planning and scheduling IT-project timelines

  • Tracking IT-project deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Providing direction and support to IT-project team

  • Quality assurance

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the IT-project to all stakeholders

  • Presenting reports defining IT-project progress, problems and solutions

  • Implementing and managing IT-project changes and interventions to achieve IT-project outputs

  • IT-project evaluations and assessment of results

Requirements

  • Minimum of Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science or similar

  • Experience in project management

  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of IT-project management

  • Knowledge of IT-project management techniques and tools

  • Direct work experience in IT-project management capacity

  • Proven experience in people management, in strategic planning, in risk management and change management

  • Successful management of multiple IT-projects in the Banking industry from defining requirements through implementation

  • Proficient in IT-project management software

  • Certification in IT-project management or equivalent

  • Several years of job experience in Project Management and Process Management

  • Several years of experience in IT Risk and IT Audit Management

  • Profound knowledge of ITIL, at least three years of professional experience within IT, excellent project management skills and very good knowledge of Office software

  • Excellent command of English spoken and in writing
