Oxana Kozliouk joined the Management Board of VTB Bank (Europe) SE in December 2017. Prior to that, since 1 June 2017, she has been the Member of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Austria) AG, responsible for Risk.
Mrs. Kozliouk was born in and grew up in Kiev, Ukraine, graduating from the Kiev State University in 1995.
From 1997 and prior to joining VTB Group in July 2009 , she worked as a senior credit officer at such respected institutions as Swiss Banking Corporation, UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Between 2009 and 2012, Mrs. Kozliouk was Executive Director and Head of Credit Risk at VTB Capital in London, where she was responsible for the work of the global credit risk management department. In 2013 she became Managing Director and in addition to her existing responsibilities, she was appointed Deputy Chief Risk Officer, responsible for the assessment of risk and for the prudent mitigation of risk within the Bank.
